Be focused: You have to be focused on your subject. You are the one who has to decide what you are going to write and how, once your client has given you the subject. You are the one responsible for the words that will spark the target audience. Be specific with the subject and the massage your client wants to give to the target audience. Accordingly you have to rope the words in line such that the target audience gets it right “the message” and also the speech should be interesting enough to grab the interest.
Keep your audience in mind: Before starting your work think about your audience. In connection with your subject, think about the area of interest of the target audience. For example if your audience is the people from the technology, you have to add words that will please them suppose the speech is about the economic growth of the country then the technological growth should also be included and in such way that it should not get the last place but in between somewhere and should come in to focus in close intervals.
Building speech: Once you get the clear picture of the speech and you know the audience. It is the time to make a layout for your speech.
- List out the things your speaker wants to speak because it will make the editing easier for you.
- Categorize your text and see what fit well and where. You must have a small introduction where you will highlight what your speech is all about and a conclusion too like you does in writing essays.
- Add statements that will stimulate the mind/hearts of the audience also you can add some tickling statements to add light moments around the audience but it should cover your subject. Add some short stories in support of your subject. All this will help you create a good speech.
